If you are not entirely happy with your purchase because it is defective due to manufacturing fault, we’re here to help.



  • You have 7 (seven) days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned new, unworn, unaltered and with all HAPPY HIJABS tags still attached.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.



  • We only accept exchanges because of defective due to manufacturing fault.
  • No refund is allowed.
  • Exchange item must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
  • Please note that the exchange of item is subject to availability.
  • Exchange can be made one time only.
  • Once you send back your item, we assume you agreed to our Return Policy.
