If you are not entirely happy with your purchase because it is defective due to manufacturing fault, we’re here to help.
- You have 7 (seven) days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned new, unworn, unaltered and with all HAPPY HIJABS tags still attached.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
- We only accept exchanges because of defective due to manufacturing fault.
- No refund is allowed.
- Exchange item must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
- Please note that the exchange of item is subject to availability.
- Exchange can be made one time only.
- Once you send back your item, we assume you agreed to our Return Policy.
- Sale and discounted item (s) are not eligible to RETURN or EXCHANGE.
- When you complete your return or exchange, please notify us at email@example.com by quoting the order number and product detail.
